Emme Emmanuel emerges Macosa President

At the late hours of today, Comrade Emme Emmanuel was declared president elect, Mass communication Students Association (MACOSA), Adamawa State University, Mubi.

In the election held today by Mass Communication students, two people contested for the office of the president, and the President elect won the election with 228 votes while his opponent got 95 votes.

Speaking in an interview with the President elect, comrade Emme told Adsugist that he contested for the interest of the association which according to him he will never betray the trust reposed in him by the students of the department by giving him their mandate at polls. 

Comrade Emme Emmanuel is an activist, columnist, freelancer, blogger and the incumbent northeast zonal coordinator, Nigeria Union of Campus Journalists (NUCJ) 

Other contestants who won the elections include Blessing Joseph as Vice President, Rita Amos Micheal as Treasurer, Bulus Bathon as welfare, Tivlumun Johavb as Secretary, Bashiru Mohammed as assistant Secretary, Ibrahim Musa as Auditor, Finbar Ferdinand as Financial secretary, Homnedapwa Habila as PRO 1, Yusuf Sisi Amos as Librarian and Williams Albert as Sport director.
